The festival hall has been designed to maximise traffic flow with multiple features and interactive demonstrations to create further show buzz and drive delegates to the festival floor. This year the exhibition floor will be extended to host several content stages, each delivering carefully curated content on key topics from EDI, Employee Engagement, L&D, Employee Experience, Wellbeing and more.

Thoughtleader
Sponsor 2 x 30 minute speaker sessions on day one in any of the content stages. This includes access to the Main stage - delivering content to up to 800+ attendees. You will deliver a client led study in your sponsored session; one session will be on the Main stage and the second session will be on any of the other stages. Receive expert advice from the CIPD Conference team who will work with you, the sponsor, to create your session from content to format, as well as help source industry experts to join your session. All content will be subject to approval by the CIPD Conference team.
Networking
Networking is key at The Festival of Work. We will schedule up to 10 pre-arranged meetings with new contacts and you will be able to host these meetings in our dedicated meeting areas.

Host a Roundtable discussion

Host an intimate roundtable discussion with up to 8 delegates on the show floor. The Festival of Work team will arrange invitations* as well as provide a co-chair for the event. The sponsor will also have the opportunity to network with the delegates before the discussion.**
