Whether you joined us in ExCeL London or were unable to make it in person to this year’s Festival, you can now access Content+. Over the next 90 days, relive your favourite sessions or catch the ones you missed.

You can also access exclusive interviews with some of the inspirational Artists and leading experts that took to the stage over the two days. 

In addition, you can find other articles and podcasts from the likes of Work., Management Today and People Management. All of the content has been hand-picked to reflect some of the conversations that took place across the seven stages of the Festival. 

We'll be uploading the interviews and all recordings of the 150+ sessions over the next week. This is because of the nature of filming and editing the content. You will have on-demand access to all content via this platform for a full 90 days from 22 June 2024. 

We look forward to welcoming you to next year's CIPD Festival of Work, taking place on 11-12 June 2025 at ExCeL London. Until then, thank you for your support this year, without you the Festival would not be possible.
